Creates procedural and administrative requirements for law enforcement agencies for eyewitness identifications of suspects in criminal investigations.  Grants a defendant the right to challenge an eyewitness identification to be used at trial in a pretrial evidentiary hearing.  (HB147 HD1)

RELATING TO STATEWIDE SEXUAL ASSAULT SERVICES.

Appropriates funds to the department of the attorney general for statewide sexual assault services for fiscal biennium 2016-2017. Beginning with the 2017-2018 fiscal year, sets a minimum base budget of the department of the attorney general for statewide sexual assault services.  (HB452 HD1)
