Requires pharmacy benefit managers to have a clearly defined process for a contracting pharmacy to appeal the maximum allowable cost for a drug on a maximum allowable cost list and establishes requirements for that process. Authorizes DOH to enter into memoranda of understanding to obtain information relating to near-deaths resulting from intimate partner violence. Establishes the address confidentiality program to help victims of domestic violence and sexual assault relocate and keep their addresses confidential. Requires the office of the lieutenant governor to work with the department of labor and industrial relations to conduct an actuarial study on the cost of implementing a family leave insurance program that would allow employees to take up to 12 weeks of paid family leave, including after any leave available pursuant to the federal Family and Medical Leave Act is exhausted, and the effect that the leave may have on the existing temporary disability insurance program and prepare a report to the legislature. Requires client companies of a professional employer organization to report and update their physical address and North American Industry Classification System code. Takes effect on 1/7/2059.
