The purpose of this informational briefing is to review Hawaii's work furlough program for inmates.  A flurry of recent walkways from the program have occurred, and a discussion with Department of Public Safety personnel will look at the program's success, areas for improvement, and overall value to the department and state.

No public testimony will be accepted.
