RELATING TO VIETNAM WAR COMMEMORATION. Appropriates funds for programs, ceremonies, and activities commemorating the 50TH Anniversary of the Vietnam War.

RELATING TO FILIPINO VETERANS. Appropriates funds for burial grants for qualifying Filipino veterans to provide funeral and burial services and transportation of their remains to the Philippines.

RELATING TO POLICE. Appropriates moneys as a grant-in-aid to the city and county of Honolulu to purchase body cameras for their police officers and to establish a Honolulu Police Department Body Camera Pilot Program, provided that the City and County of Honolulu provide matching funds on a 1:1 basis. RELATING TO POLICE DEPARTMENTS. Specifies that citizen complaints against a police officer that involve allegations of domestic abuse against a family or household member on the part of the police officer shall not be required to be in writing or sworn to by the complainant. (HB456 HD1)
