The following measure was previously heard on February 23, 2015 at 9:15 am in Room 016 and the Judiciary and Labor Committee would like to clarify the amendments being proposed:

RELATING TO DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. Requires telecommunications carriers to release individuals from shared or family wireless plans, without charge, upon written request in documented instances of domestic violence.
