DECISION MAKING ON THE FOLLOWING MEASURE(S):

SB483 Status and Testimony	RELATING TO FORESTRY. Provides that DHHL may utilize Hawaiian home lands for the forestry of koa or native trees.  Allows DHHL to enter into public-private partnerships to implement the forestry plan.  Requires the proceeds from the forestry plan to be deposited into the Hawaiian home lands trust fund. SB786 Status and Testimony	RELATING TO THE AHA MOKU ADVISORY COMMITTEE. Appropriates funds for the administration and operation of the aha moku advisory committee and for community outreach.	HWN/WTL, WAM
SB1191 Status and Testimony	RELATING TO THE AHA MOKU ADVISORY COMMITTEE. Provides that the aha moku advisory committee shall appoint a chair and vice-chair.  Permits the committee to hire an executive assistant in lieu of an executive director.  Enumerates duties for the positions established.	HWN/WTL, WAM
