The purpose of this informational briefing is to receive testimonies relating to the development of preschool education in Hawaii, and to get an update on the public preschool initiative and the implementation of the U.S. Department of Education Preschool Development Grant to the Hawaii State Public Charter School Commission.
The following have been invited to participate or to provide comments:

Tom Hutton, Executive Director of the Hawaii State Public Charter School Commission
