RELATING TO TRANSPORTATION NETWORK COMPANIES. Regulates transportation network companies under the motor carrier law. Requires transportation network drivers to carry certain levels of commercial motor vehicle insurance. Prohibits personal motor vehicle insurance policies issued or renewed after July 1, 2015, from including coverage for taxicabs or motor vehicles used by motor carriers.
