     Your Committee on Housing, to which was referred H.C.R. No. 19 entitled:

"HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SALE OF THE LEASED FEE INTEREST IN 41-543 INOA STREET, WAIMANALO, HAWAII,"

begs leave to report as follows:

The purpose of this measure is to approve the sale of the leased fee interest in 41-543 Inoa Street, Waimanalo, Hawaii, tax map key number 1-4-1-33-141 to its current leasehold owner pursuant to section 171-164.7, Hawaii Revised Statues.

The Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism and Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation supported this measure. The Office of Hawaiian Affairs commented on this measure.

     As affirmed by the record of votes of the members of your Committee on Housing that is attached to this report, your Committee concurs with the intent and purpose of H.C.R. No. 19 and recommends that it be referred to the Committee on Finance.
