DECISION MAKING ON THE FOLLOWING MEASURE(S):

HB1553 (HSCR755-14) Status and Testimony	MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE AHA MOKU ADVISORY COMMITTEE. Appropriates funds for the administrative and operational expenses of the Aha Moku Advisory Committee.  Appropriates funds for the community education on the administrative structure regarding the aha moku system and on natural and cultural resource management. HB1885 HD1 (HSCR578-14) Status and Testimony	RELATING TO THE DEPARTMENT OF LAND AND NATURAL RESOURCES. Appropriates funds to the Department of Land and Natural Resources for infrastructure at Sand Island State Recreation Area.  Effective July 1, 2050.  (HB1885 HD1)	WTL, WAM
HB1902 HD2 (HSCR882-14) Status and Testimony	RELATING TO HUNTING. Requires DLNR to make reasonable efforts to prevent and mitigate the loss, destruction, or degradation of public hunting areas.  Establishes the hunting advisory commission.  Requires DLNR to report to the legislature regarding public hunting lands.  Makes an appropriation.  Effective July 1, 2014.  (HB1902 HD2)	WTL, WAM
HB1911 HD1 (HSCR902-14) Status and Testimony	RELATING TO AQUATIC RESOURCES. Requires the Department of Land and Natural Resources to conduct a study examining the feasibility of establishing a noncommercial fishing license program.  Appropriates funds.  Effective July 1, 2014.  (HB1911 HD1)	WTL, WAM
HB1916 (HSCR599-14) Status and Testimony	MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE HAWAII ASSOCIATION OF CONSERVATION DISTRICTS. Appropriates funds for the Hawaii association of conservation districts to assist with its staffing and operating costs. Effective 07/01/2014.	WTL, WAM
HB2387 (HSCR629-14) Status and Testimony	RELATING TO SMALL BOAT HARBORS. Requires that a person be 18 years or older prior to obtaining or being placed on a waitlist to obtain a permit to moor a vessel in a state small boat harbor.	WTL
