RELATING TO HEALTH CARE.

Requires the department of public safety to implement state of the art clinical code editing technology solutions to the correctional health care program in order to prevent errors and potential overbilling.  Requires the department to implement correctional health care claims audit and recovery services to identify improper payments.  Requires the department to ensure that medicaid is billed for eligible inpatient hospital and professional services.

RELATING TO PUBLIC SAFETY.

Requires the department of public safety to form a working group to analyze the capitol district security infrastructure and develop a plan to create an integrated camera surveillance system.  Requires a report to the legislature.

Limits the use of consumer fireworks to only cultural events, including religious events.

Establishes the Hawaii cybersecurity, economic, education, and infrastructure security council to develop methods to improve the State's cybersecurity.
