RELATING TO INDUSTRIAL HEMP. Authorizes the dean of the college of tropical agriculture and human resources at the University of Hawaii at Manoa to establish a two-year industrial hemp remediation and biofuel research program. Permits the dean of the college of tropical agriculture and human resources to submit a final report to the legislature prior to the convening of the regular session of 2016. Defines industrial hemp. Repeals 07/01/2016. Appropriation. Effective 7/1/2050. (HD1)

Testimony submitted will be placed on the legislative website. This public posting of testimony on the website should be considered when including personal information in your testimony.
