SB2881 Status and Testimony	RELATING TO PUBLIC RECORDS. Repeals sunset date for provisions exempting an agency from the obligation to respond to duplicate requests from a single requestor, provided that the agency satisfies specified requirements.	JDL
SB2229 SD1 (SSCR2027) Status and Testimony	RELATING TO THE UNIFORM POWER OF ATTORNEY ACT. Establishes the Uniform Power of Attorney Act.  Defines the levels of authority granted in a power of attorney to the principal's agent.  Requires the agent to act in good faith and within the scope of authority granted in the power of attorney.  Provides sample documents to be used to create a statutory form power of attorney.  Repeals Chapter 551D, Hawaii Revised Statutes, the Uniform Durable Power of Attorney Act.  (SD1)	CPN, JDL
SB2726 SD1 (SSCR2158) Status and Testimony	RELATING TO TRANSPORTATION. Allows all-terrain vehicles (ATV) and utility-terrain vehicles to be driven on any street if the ATV or utility-terrain vehicle is being used as farm equipment, if the operator holds a current category (3) license or a commercial driver's license, and if the operator and passengers wear safety helmets secured with a chin strap.  (SD1)	TIA, JDL [Measure added on 2/21/2014]
SB2270 SD1 (SSCR2363) Status and Testimony	RELATING TO COUNTY ZONING. Confers upon a property owner a private right of action and allows the property owner to file suit directly in circuit court to enforce zoning violations on neighboring properties that directly affect them.  Effective July 1, 2020.  (SD1)	PSM, JDL [Measure added on 2/21/2014]
