SB320 Status and Testimony	RELATING TO NATIVE HAWAIIAN BURIALS. Requires that iwi kupuna, or Native Hawaiian bones, in the possession of the State whose provenience is unknown, or for other special circumstance, be reinterred annually on the island of Kaho‘olawe.	HWN, WAM
SB2837 Status and Testimony	RELATING TO PERSONAL PRIVACY. Adds certain content of Department of Hawaiian Home Lands homestead applicant and lessee files to the list of government records which are not required to be disclosed.	HWN, JDL
SB2953 Status and Testimony	RELATING TO STATE RESOURCES ON HAWAIIAN HOME LANDS. Specifies that twenty per cent of royalties from geothermal resources on DHHL lands shall be paid to the DHHL and twenty per cent shall be paid to the county in which the geothermal resources are located. SB450 Status and Testimony	RELATING TO THE KAHO‘OLAWE ISLAND RESERVE. Transfers administrative duties of the department of land and natural resources for the Kaho‘olawe Island Reserve to the office of Hawaiian affairs.	HWN/WTL, WAM [Measure added on 2/3/2014]
SB2124 Status and Testimony	RELATING TO OPIHI. Establishes a moratorium on the harvesting of opihi on Oahu until July 1, 2019.  Establishes a ban on taking or harvesting opihi statewide, subject to open and closed seasons and traditional rights.	WTL/HWN, WAM [Measure added on 2/3/2014]
SB2125 Status and Testimony	RELATING TO MARINE LIFE CONSERVATION DISTRICT. Prohibits the taking or possessing of aquatic life or fish feeding in marine waters within two miles of the shoreline of an island with a population between one hundred and five hundred individuals, with certain exceptions. SB2743 Status and Testimony	RELATING TO THE KAHO‘OLAWE ISLAND RESERVE. Authorizes a portion of the conveyance tax revenues to be paid into the Kaho‘olawe rehabilitation trust fund for the long-term rehabilitation and maintenance of the Kaho‘olawe island reserve.  Repeals on the earlier of 6/30/2026 or upon federal and state recognition of the Sovereign Native Hawaiian entity. SB3104 Status and Testimony	RELATING TO PUBLIC LANDS. Requires all existing certificates of occupation or existing homestead leases, or fractional interests to be held in joint tenancy with right of survivorship.	WTL/HWN, JDL [Measure added on 2/3/2014]
