The purpose of this informational briefing in to:
· Receive updated information from department heads as requested on 1/7/2014,
· Receive additional information on the state of workplace violence at Hawaii State Hospital following the informational briefing on 1/7/2014, and
· Establish the status of subpoena power to compel individuals with relevant information to come forward

Representatives from the public employee unions who represent workers at Hawaii State Hospital

Department of Human Resources Development Representatives
Attorney General’s Office Representative
Treating physicians and other health professionals interested in the matter
No public testimony will be accepted.
