The purpose of this informational briefing is to have the Department of Education provide an update on the status of its Common Core digital curriculum pilot project. Eight DOE schools have implemented Access Learning, which is the department's effort to use new technology for innovative instruction and learning that engages students and aligns with the Department's Strategic Plan for Hawaii Common Core.
FOR AMENDED NOTICES: Measures that have been deleted are stricken through and measures that have been added are underscored. If a measure is both underscored and stricken through, that measure has been deleted from the agenda.
No public testimony will be accepted.
