RELATING TO FIREWORKS. Requires shippers to notify the fire chief as to where fireworks shipments imported into the State or between counties are to be distributed; defines the term redistribution to clarify shipment notification requirements; and clarifies that labels on certain fireworks shall be at least nine square inches.

RELATING TO FIREWORKS. Adds definitions and requirements for permanent and temporary consumer fireworks storage facilities. Clarifies fireworks prohibitions and exceptions to those fireworks prohibitions.

RELATING TO INSURANCE CLAIMS. Limits the reimbursement payments of prescription medications, including relabeled or repackaged prescription medications, in workers' compensation claims. (SD1)

RELATING TO TELEHEALTH. Requires reimbursement for services provided through telehealth to be equivalent to reimbursement for the same services provided via face-to-face contact between a health care provider and a patient. Clarifies that a health care provider of telehealth includes primary care providers, mental health providers, and oral health providers such as physicians and osteopathic physicians, advanced practice registered nurses, psychologists, and dentists. Amends references to "telemedicine" in the Hawaii Revised Statutes to "telehealth" for consistency. Effective 1/1/2050. (SD1)

RELATING TO NATUROPATHIC PHYSICIANS. Requires naturopathic physicians to qualify for prescription privileges by: (1) completing fifteen hours of pharmacology continuing medical education annually; and (2) maintaining a collegial relationship with a prescribing physician licensed under chapter 453. Restricts naturopathic physicians to prescribe only items under categories 1-7 of the naturopathic formulary effective August 9, 2013, and as may be subsequently amended. Requires naturopathic physicians to provide a monthly report to the board of naturopathic medicine with a list of the type and number of each prescription of naturopathic formulary prescribed. Requires the board of naturopathic medicine to annually report prescription data to the legislature. Repeals 6/30/2016. (SD1)
