Senator Malama Solomon, Ph.D., was appointed in December 2010 by Governor Neil Abercrombie. Senator Malama Solomon currently serves as vice chair of the Senate Committee on Water, Land, and Housing. She also sits as a member on the Hawaiian Affairs, Commerce and Consumer Protection, and Economic Development and Technology committees.
As always, her priority is to take care the needs and concerns of State of Hawai‘i and especially her district; to improve the quality of life for all of us.
Hawai‘i's greatest asset is you the people of Hawai‘i. She believes the legislature must keep a balance between the needs of the people and economic growth.
It's true, these are changing times. All we want is to be in control of these changes in this "New Day in Hawai‘i"... Experience Counts.
