Senator Ihara represents Hawai&#8216;i's 10th Senatorial District and has served in the Hawai&#8216;i State Senate since 1994. Ihara represented Palolo, Kaimuki, Kapahulu, and Diamond Head communities as a State Representative from 1986 to 1994.
