Representative Ito represents Hawaii's 48th House District and has served in the Hawaii State House of Representatives since 1994. <br>

Born on April 29, 1944, Representative Ito and his wife, Joyce, have one daughter, and four grandsons. Representative Ito is a graduate from Gov. Wallace Rider Farrington High School and received a B.Ed. from the University of Hawaii in 1970. <br>
