Representative Linda Ichiyama is privileged to represent the 32nd House District, including Moanalua, Salt Lake and Aliamanu, where she was born and raised. Elected to office in 2010, she currently serves as the Vice-Chair on the Transportation Committee and the Vice-Chair on the Higher Education Committee. In addition, she serves on the Committees on Labor and Public Employment, Public Safety and Education.

Representative Ichiyama is a graduate of Moanalua High School, Georgetown University, and the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. She is active in the community through a number of organizations, including the Hawaii Jaycees, the Moanalua Lions Club and the Japanese American Citizens League.
