RELATING TO LONG-TERM CARE INSURANCE.

Removes long-term care insurance from the definition of "accident and health or sickness insurance" and related terms within the insurance code; removes reference to insurance fraud statute.  (SD1)

Exempts from restrictions on gifts under the ethics code invitations or tickets for a charitable event from a charitable entity, whether or not the charitable entity is the host of the charitable event.  Effective 7/1/2050.  (SD2)

RELATING TO THE JUDICIARY.

Establishes the access to justice trust fund under the judiciary as an endowment, to be administered by a nonprofit entity.  Requires investment of the principal.  Authorizes disbursement of interest earned to fund nonprofit legal service organizations to assist with the legal services needs of the poor, indigent, and other vulnerable populations.  Effective 7/1/2050.  (SD1)
