RELATING TO THE GENERAL EXCISE TAX. Adopts amendments to Hawaii tax laws to implement the streamlined sales and use tax agreement. Effective on the latter of January 1, 2050, or when the United States Congress enacts legislation by consenting to the Streamlined Sales and Use Tax Agreement. (SD2)
