RELATING TO THE UNIVERSITY OF HAWAII SYSTEM. Requires the board of regents to auction the naming rights to buildings on the UH-West Oahu campus with proceeds to be deposited into the University of Hawaii-West Oahu special fund to be used for electric generation from renewable energy resources.
