HB 1567, HD2 Testimony	RELATING TO SKILLED NURSING FACILITIES. Adds skilled nursing facilities to the businesses that may qualify for benefits under the State Enterprise Zones law.  Effective July 1, 2020.  (HB1567 HD2)	EDT/HTH, WAM
