RELATING TO HEALTH INSURANCE. Requires all health insurers, mutual benefit societies, and health maintenance organizations to provide mandatory coverage for all policyholders, member, subscribers, and individuals under age 21 for the diagnosis and treatment of autism spectrum disorders beginning 1/1/2009.
