SB 2579 Testimony	RELATING TO CAMPAIGN SPENDING. Clarifies who is subject to administrative fines for violations relating to campaign contributions and expenditures.  Provides for deposit of collected fines into the state general fund.	JDL, WAM
SB 2777 Testimony	RELATING TO CAMPAIGN SPENDING. Clarifies that "ordinary and customary" expenditures are allowable under campaign spending law.	JDL
SB 3140 Testimony	RELATING TO CAMPAIGN SPENDING. Clarifies that the campaign spending commission shall not issue rules through the issuance of an advisory opinion.	JDL
SB 3141 Testimony	RELATING TO CAMPAIGN SPENDING. Clarifies that in the case of a corporation or company using funds from its own treasury, there shall be no limit on contributions or expenditures to the corporation or company noncandidate committee.	JDL
SB 2203 Testimony	RELATING TO CAMPAIGN FINANCING. Makes various amendments to the campaign financing law.	JDL
SB 2204 Testimony	RELATING TO CAMPAIGN SPENDING. Clarifies campaign spending law relating to electronic filing of reports.	JDL
SB 2581 Testimony	RELATING TO CAMPAIGN SPENDING. Doubles the amount a candidate can transfer from campaign or surplus funds to a community or charitable organization.	JDL
