PURSUANT TO SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 2, ESTABLISHING A SENATE SPECIAL INVESTIGATIVE COMMITTEE TO CONDUCT AN INVESTIGATION OF THE AWARD OF A CONTRACT BY THE DEPARTMENT OF BUSINESS, ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, AND TOURISM TO H2 ENERGY LLC TO MANAGE THE HYDROGEN INVESTMENT CAPITAL SPECIAL FUND IN 2007, WHICH WAS SUBSEQUENTLY ORDERED TO BE RESCINDED.

 

Mr. Chock is being deleted from the agenda on March 7, 2008 and being added to the agenda on March 6, 2008

 

1. Receiving testimony from the following individual for which a subpoena was issued:

  • John A. Chock

 

 

2. State Procurement Administrator Aaron Fujioka:

Overview of the procurement statute and past and current issues regarding the Hydorgen RFP.

 

 

3.  Decision-making, including decision-making on the issuance of subpoenas and subpoenas duces tecum, which may occur regarding the compelling of the attendance of witnesses and production of documents.

 

 

The Committee may meet in executive session to discuss matters as it deems necessary or as requested by a witness.

 

No public testimony will be accepted.
