RELATING TO CULTURE. Proposed SD1: Appropriates funds for fiscal year 2008-2009 to meet the shortfall in funding for the operations of the Honolulu Symphony and its programs.

RELATING TO TAXATION. Proposed SD1: Repeals and reenacts the capital goods excise tax credit in order to reflect the definitions and other references to the Internal Revenue Code of 1954, as amended. |
