Description:
Establishes and designates an archaeological data survey as an online database program of the State of Hawaii Museum of Natural and Cultural History, beginning with the collections of Bishop Museum; authorizes the museum, in consultation with the office of Hawaiian affairs and the department of land and natural resources, to withhold from the database, either temporarily or permanently, information that may pose a threat to the protection of valuable archaeological sites and artifacts.
