Transit Corridor; Affordable Housing
Description:
Directs the Department of Land and Natural Resources and Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation to identify public lands within one-half mile of the city's transit corridor and within a one-mile radius of any designated transit station suitable for affordable housing. Requires the Governor to set aside the identified public lands for the development of housing. Requires a report to the Legislature. (HB851 HD1)
