SB 1780	RELATING TO EMPLOYMENT. Exempts recipients of social service payments from the scope of employment related laws.	HSP, JDL
SB 1989	RELATING TO HUMAN SERVICES. Clarifies status of attendant care and day care services to labor statutes.	HSP, JDL
