SB 2635 SD1 (SSCR2669)	RELATING TO PUBLIC ACCESS. Clarifies that obstructions to the sea or to or along the shoreline or inland public recreational areas or government roads are prohibited. SB 2487 (SSCR2621)	RELATING TO THE HAWAII COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY. Adds 2 more members to the governing body of the Hawaii community development authority. Requires the governor to appoint 2 nominees, 1 from a list of nominees provided by the senate president, and 1 from a list of nominees provided by the speaker of the house of representatives. SB 2155 SD2 (SSCR2817)	RELATING TO AGRICULTURE. Authorizes the agribusiness development corporation to issue revenue bonds to obtain agricultural land in Waialua from the Galbraith Estate. Enables the agribusiness development corporation to contract with banks to provide lease management services.
