Received message number 248, requesting immediate passage of House Bill No. 970, Relating to Emergency Relief for Natural Disasters, in an amended form, to appropriate emergency funding totaling $14,334,000. This amount includes $11,134,000 in state funds and $3,200,000 in federal funds to be expended by the Departments of Agriculture, Attorney General, Defense, Land and Natural Resources, and Transportation.
