The purpose of this informational briefing is to discuss the final Report of the Appellate Review Task Force. Associate Justice Paula Nakayama and Associate Justice Daniel Foley, Co-Chairs of the task force and Hawaii Supreme Court Staff Attorney James Branham are scheduled to appear before the Committees.
