A BILL FOR AN ACT

 

making an appropriation for miliLani middle school.

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:

SECTION 1. There is appropriated out of the general revenues of the State of Hawaii the sum of $11,400, or so much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2006-2007, for twelve trash receptacles and one platform lift at Mililani middle school as follows:

1. Twelve trash receptacles $ 6,000

2. One platform lift  5,400

Total $11,400

The sum appropriated shall be expended by the department of education for the purposes of this Act.

SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2006.
