STATE OF HAWAII

A BILL FOR AN ACT

 

Relating to land use.

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:

SECTION 1. All lands within the Hokulia project area, including tax map parcels:

1. 8-1-04:03 (portion);

2. 7-9-12:03 (portion);

3. 7-9-12:04 (portion);

4. 7-9-12:05 (portion);

5. 7-9-12:11; and

6. 7-9-06:01;

shall be classified as lands within the rural district, as described in section 205-2, Hawaii Revised Statutes, without the necessity of further proceedings before the land use commission.

SECTION 2. The land use commission shall amend its land use district boundary maps to reflect the purpose of this Act.

SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
