A BILL FOR AN ACT

 

RELATING TO RENEWABLE ENERGY TECHNOLOGIES.

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:

SECTION 1. Act 207, Session Laws of Hawaii 2003, is amended by amending section 4 to read as follows:

"SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2003[, and shall be repealed January 1, 2008].

SECTION 2. Statutory material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken.

SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
