Defines disposal facilities to include incinerators, composting plants, landfills, convenience centers, shredding plants and resource recovery facilities and provides that solid waste that is delivered to any regional transfer station may be directed to disposal facilities determined by the director. |

RELATING TO CRUISE SHIPS. Establishes standards for the discharge of treated sewage and air emissions from cruise ships and commercial passenger vessels into the marine waters of the State. Prohibits the discharge of untreated sewage from commercial passenger vessels into the marine waters of the State. Provides for recordkeeping and monitoring. (HB 422 HD1) |

RELATING TO INVASIVE SPECIES. Allows private and public landowners to remove noxious trees within a conservation district by applying for a site plan approval permit with the DLNR; exempts this activity from the requirements of chapter 343 where DLNR determines that there is no significant effect on the environment. |
