Report Title: Fines; drug treatment; drug demand reduction assessment special fund
Description: Expands the offenses for which an offender must pay the drug demand reduction assessment used to fund substance abuse treatment; requires that restitution and probation and crime victim compensation fees be paid before assessment; permits court to order offender to treatment and to reduce or waive monetary assessment.
