Report Title: Office of Elections; Campaign Spending Commission
Description: Allows the campaign spending commission and the office of elections to communicate directly with the legislature and the governor, to make all personnel decisions, and to purchase equipment without the approval of the comptroller. Exempts the office of elections and campaign spending commission from collective bargaining. Allows the office of elections to hire its own private attorney. Establishes a commission to oversee the office of elections. (SD2)
