Measure Title: RELATING TO INCOME TAX WITHHOLDING.
Report Title: Income Tax Withholding
Description: Conforms the state withholding tax remittance due date for employers with an annual state withholding tax liability that exceeds $40,000, to the remittance due date required under federal employment tax provisions. Also changes the state remittance due date from monthly to "semi-weekly" and lowers the electronic funds transfer threshold amount for withholding taxes to amounts that exceed $40,000. (HB2511 CD1)
