Report Title: Parking for the Disabled; Penalties; Administration; Access Aisles ($)
Description: Allows law enforcement officers to access private property to enforce laws related to parking for disabled persons; prohibits parking in access aisles adjacent to disabled parking spaces; expands the list of parking infractions involving the use or failure to use removable windshield placards, temporary removable windshield placards, or special license plates; makes various other amendments to improve the laws related to parking for the disabled.
