Report Title: Public Utilities Commission; Web Site; Document Posting on Web
Description: Requires the PUC to maintain a web site that contains commission decisions, and listings of open dockets, upcoming meetings, and pending deadlines. Requires applicants to provide the PUC with application forms via e-mail and other electronic format, except as to information not required to be disclosed under the UIPA. Appropriates funds from the PUC special fund. Authorizes the hiring of personnel. (HB473 SD2)
