Description: | Amends the boxing commission laws. Broadens the definition of "club", replaces the secretary with an executive officer, modifies the composition of the boxing commission, modifies the appointment procedures for deputy commissioners, broadens the powers and duties of the commission, denies promoter's licenses to convicted gamblers, establishes requirements to hold a boxing contest, increases the required number of physicians at contests, prohibits commission members from receiving compensation from promoters, increases penalties to $5,000, and makes other changes.
