Report Title: Long-Term Care Insurance Premium Tax Credit
Description: Provides tax credit to resident taxpayers, regardless of adjusted gross income, for long-term care insurance premiums at lesser of $2,000 or 20% of the amount of the insurance premium paid. Prohibits medical expense deduction for long-term care insurance cost if tax credit is claimed.
