Report Title: Unemployment insurance
Description: Provides that an owner-employee of a corporation or a member of a limited liability company owning a distributed interest of at least fifty percent may collect unemployment benefits in circumstances where "voluntary" closure of a business is necessary. Allows the director to make rules with respect to hardship and work availability. (HB1069 HD1)
