RELATING TO DRIVER LICENSING. Establishes a three-stage graduated driver licensing system for persons under the age of eighteen. Requires drivers under the age of eighteen to be accompanied by a licensed parent or guardian when driving between the hours of ten o'clock p.m. and four o'clock a.m. with exceptions. Requires temporary permit holders to be accompanied with an individual who is twenty-one years of age rather than eighteen when driving. |
