Requires DOH to integrate emergency aeromedical services into statewide emergency medical services. Appropriates funds for: aeromedical services for Maui county, emergency medical services at the Waianae Coast Comprehensive Health Center, and advance life support ambulance services for parts of Maui and Hawaii.
