RELATING TO HEALTH INSURANCE PREMIUM CONTRIBUTIONS.

Provides direct temporary economic relief for a period of two years by allowing private employers the flexibility to implement up to a 60/40 cost sharing for their employees’ health insurance premiums. Sets the maximum employee contribution at forty per cent of the total premium.

Establishes the Hawaiian housing finance corporation within the department of Hawaiian home lands for administrative purposes, to be headed by a board of directors, to remedy the housing shortage that exists for many individuals of Hawaiian ancestry in this State, and to provide for urban redevelopment.
